Where are you located / where do you ship from?
I am located near Atlanta, Georgia, and all orders ship from there.

What types of products do you offer?
I offer a variety of art and stationery products, including stickers, notepads, magnetic and paper bookmarks, art prints, keychains, and seasonal items.

Where does the artwork on your products come from?
All artwork is originally drawn and designed by me, Marissa, the owner of Marissa Amber Art.

Are your products handmade?
All designs are created by me. Many items are handmade or assembled in-house, while others are professionally produced using my original artwork.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method selected. You will see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase. Refused deliveries are not eligible for refunds.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped out two to three times per week. Made-to-order items may extend processing time to 1–2 weeks depending on demand. During large shop updates or collection launches, processing times may take up to 2 weeks or longer for made-to-order items.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and do not include processing time. For example, a 5 business day shipping estimate begins once the package has been received by the postal service. Delivery times may be longer during busy seasons, such as holidays.

Can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Lettermail shipments do not include tracking. Parcel shipments typically include tracking unless it is unavailable for your destination.

Can I combine multiple orders?
Yes, orders can be combined if they have not shipped yet. Please email me @ marissaamberart@gmail.com as soon as possible to request this, as order notes may not be seen in time. I may combine orders automatically when possible, but emailing ensures it is not missed.

What if an item I want is sold out?
Sold-out items may be waiting on a restock or may return in a future shop update. Pre-orders are not always available, but may occasionally be offered for a limited time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me for assistance.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue, please email me at marissaamberart@gmail.com. I will offer a replacement or refund.
If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please follow up or reach out through the contact page or social media, as messages can occasionally be filtered as spam.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Can I request larger art prints?
At this time, only smaller prints are offered. If there is enough interest, larger sizes may be added in the future. Feel free to reach out if you are interested.

Why was I charged twice or charged for a declined transaction?
If a payment is declined, it may still appear as a pending charge temporarily. This usually resolves within a few business days. If the charge does not disappear, please contact your bank or card provider.
If you attempt the transaction again and it goes through, it may appear as a duplicate charge, but the original declined charge will drop off. PayPal may also show temporary duplicate pending charges, which resolve automatically.

Do you take commissions?
I may accept commissions at certain times. Please contact me directly to inquire about availability. A dedicated commission submission process is currently being developed.
