Refund Policy
Thank you so much for supporting Marissa Amber Art. Each item is created and handled with care, and I want you to have a smooth experience from purchase to delivery.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and/or made-to-order nature of many items, all sales are final.
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
To help resolve the issue, include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
I’ll review the situation and work with you on a solution.
Shipping Issues
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delays caused by USPS or other carriers are outside of my control
- Lost or damaged packages may be eligible for a carrier claim (such as USPS)
If you believe your package is lost or damaged in transit, I recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense
- I am not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Minor variations in color due to screen or lighting differences
- Normal handmade variations
