The Whimsically Haunted Letter

A simple, magical delivery for the whimsically haunted

A thoughtfully curated version of the monthly experience, designed to be both meaningful and collectible in a lighter format.

Each month includes:

• 1 - Art Print 
  • Receive a themed art print each month featuring original artwork by  MarissaAmberArt. Prints may vary between 4x6 and 5x7 depending on the design and layout for that month’s collection
  • Each print also includes a themed reflection printed on the back designed to connect with that month’s inspiration, message, or overall feeling
• 1 - Newsletter Style Letter
  • A themed monthly letter featuring reflections, inspiration, studio notes, prompts, behind the scenes thoughts, and small reminders connected to that month’s collection
• 1 - Die-Cut Sticker
  • A waterproof glossy die-cut sticker featuring artwork from the monthly collection
• 1 - Exclusive Mail Club Item
  • A special item created exclusively for mail club subscribers
  • These items may include specialty finishes, unique formats, collectible pieces, or experimental designs not sold separately in the shop
• 1 - Rotating Mystery item
  • A surprise rotating item that changes month to month
  • This can include sticker sheets, mini prints, bookmarks or other small stationery items
• 1 - Monthly Calendar Card
  • A monthly calendar card featuring artwork from the monthly collection and/or coordinating patterns
  • The front includes the upcoming month's calendar while the back layout features space for notes/reminders and important dates
• 1 - A "Creative Spark" Sheet
  
  • A piece of blank specialty paper included for sketching, journaling, doodling, or creating alongside the monthly prompt
• 1 - Monthly Swatch Card 
  
  • Each month includes a themed color palette and swatch card featuring some of the colors used throughout the collection’s artwork

Each month includes one exclusive item. In some months, the rotating mystery item may also serve as the exclusive mail club item.

Both tiers include the same monthly theme, artwork and core experience. The box simply expands on it with additional items, interaction and a more immersive experience.

A Complete Core Experience (Both Tiers)

No matter which option you choose, you’ll receive the same monthly theme, artwork and letter making every delivery feel cohesive and connected no matter which option you choose.

Exclusive Item Every Month

Each monthly collection includes at least one exclusive item created specifically for the mail club and will not be sold separately in the shop. These items may include specialty finishes, unique formats or experimental designs. The exclusive item also gives me an opportunity to experiment creatively each month with new materials, finishes, formats, and ideas in a way that feels unique to the mail club experience.

A Fuller Interactive Experience (Box Tier)

The Box Tier includes additional elements like a sealed “open when” envelope, a themed notepad and a rotating mystery item designed to make each month feel more immersive and interactive.

Collector Card & Monthly Sticker System

New members will receive a welcome sticker along with a tarot-inspired collector card designed exclusively for The Whimsically Haunted Mail Club

A new collectible sticker will then be included each month to add to your collector card throughout the year allowing subscribers to slowly complete their collection over time 

Subscribers who continue their journey throughout the year will also unlock special bonus rewards at both 6 and 12 months

Shipping & Monthly Cutoff

Free Shipping

All mail club orders include free shipping within the U.S.

Monthly Cutoff Date

The cutoff to receive the next month’s mail is the last day of the current month.

For example:

• Orders placed on or before May 31st will receive June’s mail
• Orders placed on June 1st or later will receive July’s mail

Shipping Method

All (Tier 1) The Whimsically Haunted Mail Club Letter orders are shipped via USPS letter mail.

• No tracking is included with this shipping method
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location
• Because this is letter mail, tracking updates are not available
• If your order has not arrived within 7 to 14 business days after shipping, please feel free to reach out

All (Tier 2) The Whimsically Haunted Experience Box orders are shipped in a small box with tracking included

Once your package has been dropped off with USPS, tracking updates may occasionally take a few days to begin updating while the package moves through the postal system

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or more or if you believe your package may be lost in transit, please feel free to reach out so I can help look into the issue and assist however possible

Shipping Schedule

All orders are typically packed and mailed between the 1st and 7th of each month.

For example:

• Orders placed in June will be shipped out between July 1st and July 7th
• Orders placed in July will be shipped out between August 1st and August 7th
