When you’re ready, click the “Request a Binder Commission ” button to be taken to the Google form questionnaire and share the details of your idea. Once submitted, your request will be added to my commission queue.

You can click the “Commission Queue” button at any time to view the queue, see where you are in line, and what I’m currently working on. I’ll also reach out via email with next steps so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox.

    • 1-Pocket Binder
      Starting at $75
    • 4-Pocket Binder
      Starting at $125
    • 9-Pocket Binder

      Starting at $200
    • Final pricing may vary based on design complexity, number of characters, and requested details.

  • The Process

    1. Click the “Request a Binder Commission” button
    2. Fill out the Google form
    3. I review your request and follow up via email
    4. Pricing + details are confirmed
    5. An invoice is sent with a 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot
    6. Sketch + approval stage
    7. Final artwork is created
    8. Remaining 50% balance including shipping is due before delivery or shipping
    9. Finished piece is delivered or shipped

  • Turnaround Time & Queue

    • Turnaround times vary based on size, medium, and queue position
    • An estimated timeline will be provided after approval
    • Delays may occur due to workload, complexity, or unforeseen circumstances
    • Commissions are completed in the order they are received
    • You can view your position by clicking the “Commission Queue” button
    • I will contact you when your commission is next in line

All binders are hand-painted and sealed for protection.

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of each piece.

Binder commissions are intended as collectible display and storage pieces and should be handled with care.

Turnaround times vary depending on commission complexity and current workload.

Due to the custom nature of commissions, all sales are final once work has begun.
